On 18th to 21th Dec, 2009, there was another challenge for our team. It was an urgent order of 70 pcs of 2×350W of Series SL of our client from Wuxi which must be delivered in three days. For there were other orders in the schedule, our plan was disrupted. In order to show our responsibility and gain our clients trust, 6 staffs decided to work overtime and worked for a continuous 60h (except the time for eating). But it was still one day late for delivery, our general manager decided to deliver the 70 pcs by air transportation (fly directly to the Wuxi) so as to leave enough time for installation and spot debugging. The freight charge is born by us. Since then we built a closed relationship with this client and he also highly recommend our products to others.
